These terms describe use of the Eazy Tech Solutions website and general project arrangements offered by Hammad Khan, sole proprietor, at R-151, Street No. 7, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092. Contact hammad@eazytechsolution.in for questions. A written proposal, quotation or project agreement sets out the specific scope, price, schedule and deliverables for your work.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically start a project or create a confirmed booking. We review the brief and agree on the work before beginning. Clients should provide accurate information, usable files and timely approvals. New requirements, extra deliverables or substantial changes to an approved direction may require a revised price or timeline.
A minimum advance of 50% is generally required to start work. The exact advance and payment schedule depend on the project and will be agreed before work begins. Remaining amounts are payable according to the agreed milestones. Final work and agreed editable source files are handed over after full payment. The website currently has no online checkout.
An advance is generally non-refundable once work has started because it covers reserved time and work performed. A cancellation is reviewed according to the stage reached, completed work and any committed third-party costs. Any exception or adjustment will be discussed in writing. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Four to five revision rounds are generally acceptable within the agreed scope; the project agreement confirms the exact allowance. A revision round means a consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work. Further updates, a new concept, extra formats or changes beyond the scope may attract a nominal additional charge, mutually agreed before the extra work is undertaken.
Timelines depend on the agreed requirements, client materials, feedback and third-party availability. Delays in receiving files or approvals may change the schedule. Clients should check names, numbers, text, dimensions and other important details before approving final designs or production. Printing, sportswear and other physical production requirements are confirmed separately in the project scope.
After full payment, the client receives the final deliverables and editable source files included in the agreed scope. Any transfer of rights applies only to work and rights that we own and are able to transfer. Third-party photographs, fonts, software, plugins, trademarks and other licensed assets remain subject to their owners' licence terms. Clients are responsible for permissions for materials they supply.
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, we may display completed work and identify the project in our portfolio or social media. Please discuss confidential work before the project starts. We will handle project-enquiry information according to our Privacy Policy.
Website content is general information about our services. We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising returns or particular business results. Portfolio examples do not guarantee identical outcomes for a different brief. External websites, Google Drive, Instagram, Google Maps and WhatsApp are operated by third parties and may change or become unavailable.
Please do not misuse the website, upload unlawful material, interfere with its operation or use content without the necessary permission. If a concern or dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, subject to any rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded.
