When you send a project enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, service interest, message and files or project details you choose to share. Please send only information needed to discuss your project. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to promotional newsletters.
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the requested work, prepare a proposal, communicate about a project and maintain necessary business records. Information may also be used to protect the website, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal enquiry information.
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the site. Analytics can involve cookies or similar technologies, device and browser information, pages visited and interaction data, depending on the configured settings and your choices. You can manage cookies through your browser. Google explains its practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Maps, Drive previews and Instagram content may contact their providers and use their own technologies when displayed or loaded. These providers apply their own privacy policies. A WhatsApp button opens an external service; information you send there is handled through that service as well as by us.
Website hosting, form storage, email delivery and analytics providers may process information needed to provide their services. We limit access to people and providers who need it for the relevant work. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. External services may process information in countries outside India.
Our retention period for ordinary project-enquiry information is 12 months from the date of enquiry, after which it is reviewed for deletion from active records. Information connected to an ongoing project, payment, dispute or a legal obligation may need to be retained for longer. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. You can contact us to request earlier deletion where appropriate.
You can ask us to correct your contact information, explain how it is used or delete an enquiry where no ongoing requirement prevents deletion. Email hammad@eazytechsolution.in with enough information for us to identify the enquiry. We may need to verify the request before acting. We respect rights available under applicable law.
This website currently accepts project enquiries and does not take online payments. If an online payment service is introduced, we will update the relevant information before using it. This policy may be updated when our practices change. Effective date: 30 September 2026.
